Por una parte los jovencitos Keegan Bradley y Brendan Steele, dos novatos del PGA 2011, por la otra un par de veteranos destacados del PGA Tour, Nick Price y Mark Calccavechia, las dos parejas finalizaron con 9 bajo en los primeros 18 hoyos de hoy.
